Protocol of the software technical meeting (2005-August-04).

1. Final organization of timing links (Vasiliy)
     approved - Vasiliy will put on cvs next week
2. Retcode flags from different processes (Vasiliy, Mark)
     tagger, veto, veto2hycal, timing_links, parseROCFASTBUS

    It was decided, that each person, introducing the retcode will change the bank and
do changes in PEvent (see example for hycal, introduced by Mark)

3. Introducing Exceptions (Mark) - not discussed

4. Tagger energy correction (Eric)
    Eric will prepare comparison between previous and current reconstruction functions for counters. It should be smooth and close to Stepan picture.
    Eric also will check energy from Hall C, compare it with Accelerator division monitors and present to collaboration.

5. PFlux modifications (Aram)
    approved

6. PrimEx cut Configuration (Aram, Mark)
    the strategy was approved. Aram will prepare the example and first real function for PFlux.

7. MC study (Mike)
Mike informed that he will introduce actual geometry in PrimSim MC program.
