1. Tulio presented the latest version of incoherent pi0 photoproduction. The elastic channel, shadowing effects are improved, Pauli-blocking revisited.

2. Mark made a web page of "Ideas for More Running at 6 GeV".

3. Eric presented his study on "Least Square Fitting VS Log Likelihood", and the results of different fitting methods.

Dustin will be the next secretary.
