  1. Reviewed previous meetings minutes
  2. Collaboration meeting preliminary date set for July 19 & 20, 2007.
  3. Mark reported he will be giving a talk at the Users Group meeting on either June 14 or 15, 2007
  4. Ashot reported that we've been invited to give two talk at "Future trends in particle physics". Conference to take place in the Black Sea region. Ashot is working out the details
  5. Eric asked for victims to listen to and critic his upcoming May 31, 2007 Duke seminar talk after the May 25, 2007 meeeting
  6. Eugene asked to report on status on analysis notes
  7. Ashot reported that the January PAC may be our last chance to secure 6 GeV beamtime
  8. Ashot will talk to L Cardman about the 12 GeV program and what PrimEx needs to do.
  9. Lipin reported the Chinese High Energy Institute in interested in collaboration
    1. Possible source of tungstate crystals, manpower
    2. They have access to gamma-gamma machine. Another method of measuring Pi0 decay width.
  10. Path to final result needs to be determined, manpower issues loming
  11. Manpower issues--PrimEx is losing a significant fraction of analysis manpower
    1. Dustin McNulty, Mike Wood, Ilia Larin leaving June 1, July 1, and end of August, respectively.
    2. Aram and Eric plan on defending by end of July
    3. Good news--Lipin has a Post-Doc or PhD student slated to be here in June, if the visa gods smile.
