  1. They were reviewed and approved by all.
  2. Nominated next secretary (Dustin Woolford)
  3. Approval of last meeting's minutes: (a) information for the BPM positions was updated; (b) the omega background note is posted and rediscussed; (c) Mark will post his upcoming talk soon;(d) Ashot reminded the upcoming analysis meeting on June 21/22.
  4. DNP talks was discussed (Yelena for Compton, Aram for e+e-, Eric for pi0, Pawel/Dustin for instrumentation).
  5. Crimea conference, nominated Ilia and Sergey
  6. Publications for the PrimEx instrumentation papers ware discussed: Aram showed his outline for the photon flux paper, which was actively discussed and commented; the HYCAL paper will be discussed soon.
  7. Ilia showed his new results for the omega background simulations and its effect on the pi0 lifetime extraction. An active discussion followed.
