  1. They were reviewed and approved by all.
  2. Approval of last meetings minutes
  3. The DNP talks were mentioned: Dustin will go to the Gordon conference for Pi0 lifetime, Pawel will take fourth talk concerning instrumentation.
  4. Ilya will present pi0 experimental result and Sergey will give theory talk at the Crimea conference.
  5. Publication was discussed: Liyang is going to look the crystal detector beam test data in 2001.
  6. Ilya's results are in the slide directory, some clarifications were made.
  7. Omega cross section was discussed: specifically how much of a factor it is in the background, Tulio wrote a document on Omega, Mark will post it as a primex note next week.
  8. Mark briefly went over his presentation for the user's group meeting.
  9. The analysis meeting was discussed: the notes need be only a summary of new and updated material and the goal is just to prepare for the July meeting. It will be a single day meeting Thursday, July 21st.
  10. Pawel's note on Compton is now available.
  11. Mark mentioned Wiki security: must log in to write on the wiki and must get accounts through Mark.
  12. Ashot mentioned that Volker announced the preliminary results at the Clas colaboration meeting.
  13. Message from Kandice said Primex is fetured in the APS newsletter, also the final result must be given to Nature because they are interested in publishing it.
  14. Liping's student Xi-qiao Li will arrive Jlab in next week. He will work on PrimEx data analysis for 6 months. He has completed his Ph.D and is looking for post doc. position.
  15. Primex equipment used in EEL that was in hall B storage had to be cleared out; Dan has the location of where it was moved.
  16. How to get Alexander and Neheim here still needs to be figured out. Another possibility is to ask for support from Tony Thomas who offered his assistance and would be viable to bring in.
  17. Proposals for the Jan. PAC were discussed, need to push ability to decrease commissioning time and increase in “live” floor time. Also commitment is needed from each group on the amount of manpower to commit.
