Technical papers

  • Liping presented an outline of HyCal paper. People gave several suggestion about what things needs to be included in the paper. It would be nice to see an outline expanded to higher level of details.
  • Rory will work on a separate paper about target thickness measurements.
  • Aram and Dan told us that Luminosity paper will be pruned version of Aram's dissertation.

PrimEx data structures

Liyang is working on documenting of the data structures used in PrimEx. See his slides. This is very useful work. The suggestion was to expand it and include also which calibration entities used to create banks. This should be made a PriMex Note.

Magnitude of the NI cross section for 12C

We discussed Tulio's plots, unfortunately without Tulio. The question which still remains: shall we or shall we not include Coulomb part for elementary π0 photoproduction on the proton. The consensus still has not been reached. We will continue thinking about it. Meanwhile Sergey will do his calculations both ways so that we could see how big is the effetct on the life time quanitatively.

Dr. Clinton

Rory announced that Eric successfuly defended his thesis. He is Dr. Clinton now.

Congratulations, Eric!

Next secretary will be Mark
