- Meeting agenda: approved.
- Review of last meeting minutes:
- Sergey and Ilya leave the weekend of the 17th.
- Incoherent code of Sergey's will be sent to Dustin, as a first setp to make it public.
- Dustin mentioned that Ilya's C/Pb results are remarkable. Ilya presented these results at the weekly Hall B meeting. It turns out that Hall B people were alarmed by the magnitude of the coincidence time uncertainty. Eugene pointed out that this should be treated as correction not uncertainty. This would yield related systematic error much smaller and less scary. It was also mentioned that in the future it would be better to have a single TDC per channel, as opposed to having them in groups of 16.

- Tulio's Presentation:
Tulio gave a presentation on his new and improved incoherent cross section of photoproduced π0. It turns out that two different approaches, Tulio's and Sergey's, to the same physics give very similar results. The differences may come from elementary procceses cross sections and implementation of Pauli blocking in those calculations. Tulio had an elasticity cut of 0.9 in his results. Ashot pointed out that it would be good to see how results vary with the elasticity cut. Tulio also stated that the effect of Pauli blocking in secondary scattering on the result is very small. There's an urgent need to bring both calculations together on the same plot.
