Review of last meeting minutes:
- Tulio's Note: Tulio's Incoherent Production Note is now available.
- PAC Proposal:
  - It was argued by the MIT group, voiced by Aron.
  - Ashot, on the other hand, fully supports going to this last 6 GeV PAC. His views in this respect haven't changed for past 3 years. Ashot's response to the above was in regard with two points. Mark gave comments on several issues. Dan gave remarks.
- Collaboration Meeting:
  - No collaboration meeting for now, we should focus on the proposal.
- Announcements:
  - Sergey got the visa and will be here for two months, beginning sometime in Novemeber.
  - Ilya will come for 6 months, maybe in November, but his coming here is not yet well defined.

Compton status: Pawel
- Pawel introduced Compton status, which includes extraction procedure, line shape yield fits, total cross section, forward cross section, systematic uncertainties, entire HyCal cross section and Compton beam time estimate.
- Mark's comments for the forward cross section calculation formular: The yield of data and MC should be normalized, and sigma_data should be calculated.
- Ashot: In those cuts delta phi cut should be used, it's arbitary that elasticity cut is set to 1.
- Pawel: For the background, it should use line shape yidld fits. And the acceptance cuts should be same with those cuts, so the elasticity cut can be set to 1.
- For targets in next runs,
  - Ashot: is there a good reason to change the targets?
  - Mark: in carbon, calculation control is easy;
  - Dan: we know those targets everthing, and programs for them are there.So we'd better don't change all the targets for decreasing systematical error(from 2% to 1%?).
- For statistics and systematical error, Mark and Ashot suggested several points should be considered: do we have 1.5% error in 4PI and how to claim the error? Time and energy dependence and the deviation should be considered.

Time was not enough, and Ashot will talk with Liyang after the meeting.
