Sergey Gevorgyan and Ilya Larin are now here at JLab to work on PrimEx-related theoretical topics and data analysis, respectively.
Proposal
The proposal for PAC 33 was submitted last Monday. The text is available as PrimEx Note 54 (PDF).
We have effectively two weeks until the PAC presentation. If any of you have materials that were not included in the proposal, or updated versions of material that were included, please send them to Ashot as soon as possible. The sum of time requested by Hall B proposals exceeds the time the PAC is being asked to allocate by a factor of three. We need to make as strong a case as possible uner these circumstances.
Videoconferencing
We will be switching from using VRVS to using EVO for these meetings. Videoconferencing and desktop sharing should be easier and more reliable with the new system.
Next Meeting
There will not be a PrimEx Weekly meeting next week. The Lab is closing at noon on Friday, December 21. See you in January!
