APS Meeting Invited Talk

Liping's talk went very well. She was happy to see certain august members of the audience in attendance. Also, she was able to find time during the week to visit the Arch.

Review of Collaboration Meeting

We reviewed Ashot's minutes from the last collaboration meeting. That led to discussion of the items that appear below.

Analysis Review Committee and Final Results

In order to come up with a final result, and in particular to decide on a procedure for combining our independent analyses of the radiative width, we agreed that the Analysis Review Committee should produce a written report of recommendations to the collaboration. Liping will poll members of the committee asking their interest in continuing to serve.

Getting the Papers Written

Ashot presented a list of papers and assignments of people responsible for their production at the collaboration meeting:

Mark agreed to include agenda items on paper status to future weekly meetings.

Next Collaboration Meeting

Dan Dale has agreed to host a meeting in Idaho in early June. Liping offered Wilmington as a backup location if the Pocatello plan runs into difficulties.

PAC34 and Hall D Collaboration

Ashot re-iterated that we need to prepare our plans in this area starting this summer.
