1. Ashot created a generator for the eta Primakoff production and Liping created a generator for eta--->pi0+gamma+gamma . Both generators have been submitted to hall D collaborators to be included in Hall D Monte Carlo programs.
2. Dustin has been working on writing a note on the HYCAL geometry and cluster definition.
3. There is common agreement on the procedure how to include the results in the final paper. Each group should submit their result with written note to the collaboration and the review committee. The review committee will provide a written recommendation for collaboration discussion.
4. There was an intensive discussion on the Omega background subtraction.
- Ashot pointed out that: (1) Serge and Tulio should provide theoretical cross sections of Omega photoproduction; (2) The data analyzing groups should simulate Omega background in the pi0 production for their analysis.
- The question is at which stage that the Omega background should be subtracted:either subtracting from the yield or including in the final fitting. Currently Ilya and Eric subtracted the Omega background from the yield. Dustin and Aron will try to including the Omega background in their final fitting. We should comparing the both approaches.
4. The targeted date for collaboration meeting is in end of Sept. By end of Aug., each group should submit a final analysis note to the review committee in order to be considered to be included in the final publication.
5. The next secretary will be Erik Minges.
