1. Tracking Users and Data: what is tracked, how is it tracked, what needs to be tracked, foreign visitor tracking (inc. sensitive countries), required reports, etc.

2. User Acitvity Reports: what is reported, how often, reporting venue (e-mail, web, hard copy, etc.)

   NOTE: Individuals were split on their desire to hear information in the next two subject areas. It was clear that the split was based on the fact that these items were firmly established within their institutions or did not exist at all. I think its a good idea that presentations and discussions in these areas would serve those who need the information. If there is disagreement, please let me know.

   If you have a visitor facility or a user group association. Subject matter experts will be placed on the agenda; let me know if you are an SME in these areas.

3. Users Groups: accounts, organization (bylaws, officers, dues, etc.), purpose, etc.

4. Visitor Residence Options: need, how it works, amenities, costs & pricing, user preferences,
   length of stay, transportation, competition, connectivity, etc.
