    Run 4672 , from about 11 AM to 1 PM, was cosmic rays with FPP,
    about 50 K events, with chamber HV set to 1700 V. Ch 4 LV suuply 13C
    was set to some incorrect voltage value, probably the cable at the back of the supply needs to be adjusted.
