    new cosmic run 4676, HV = 1775 V on all channels (8,1,12 still 2 uA leakage, all others 0 although totals mostly 1).

    FPP LV all okay now sxcept channel ch 4 13C, which reads ~ 0,
    This seesm to be the lower cable from chamber 4 lower supply. We
    checked voltages at the chamber and all look fine. So either
    readout problem or operator error by RG in poking dvm probes.
