    keyword=duplicate GeN file cleanup

    I found several files had not been deleted from adaq disks, nor
    copied to MSS, because they were duplicates. If they were >10 Mbyte
    I copied them by hand with the word "SECOND" or "THIRD", etc in
    the title. e.g. e02013_2408_SECOND.dat.0, e02013_2408_THIRD.dat.0,
    etc. Why it happens ? Sometimes the DAQ overwrites the data file,
    particularly if there are >1 RunControl processes running. It's a
    longstanding bug in CODA. I think most of these files are junk
    from test periods, e.g. early Feb.
