    Left Dipole lead flow A was reading 398slm to the GUI. I checked the roto meter, and it appeasred to be in working order. I checked the local readback on the newport controller, and it also read 398 slm. I reset the newport controller, and it is now dispolaying 78.8 slm. I will monitor for a repeat of this failure mode.
