    keyword=NaI gate and 5 new 1881M

    Update on the NaI gate: The delay needs to be 250 nsec.
    I've made this gate so I have better measurements, also this
    delay takes into account the need to put the analog signals about
    25 nsec after the start of the gate.

    Five units of 1881M ADC from BNL were added to ROC4 slots 16-20.
    Fastbus test code showed they were ok. The pedestals look fairly
    normal except that some channels are rather noisy (I doubt it can
    be blamed on the ADC, though).

    Another problem at present is that the gate width is a maximum of
    50 nsec. I don't have any other "adjuster knob" that can make a
    wider gate, at the moment.
