keyword=Singing wire due to TDCAlbert and Bogdan noticed an odd thing as they were refurbishing
the cabling for the L-arm VDCs. Wire 93 on V2 plane appears to be
"singing", but actually this is a feature of the TDC (proved by
swapping cables, etc). The channel 93 on the TDC1877 in roc3 slot 11
appears to have a problem.
One feature I noticed by doing event dumps is that the extra hits
all appear to come on events with no tracks. If I cut out such
events (2nd panel) by requiring >1 hit in the V2 plane, I get rid
of the peak. For those events the raw dumps for each plane and
each TDC look about the same, qualitatively.
I'll try swapping out the TDC, probably tomorrow.
