    This entry is a followup to: 221366

    keyword=Right arm start-run comment wrong for collimator since run 21982

    Found the start-of-run shows "Right arm collimator = Sieve", but should
    be "OPEN". I think this wrong comment started with run 21982, according
    to EPICS variables in the start-of-run entry. Last time using sieve on
    the R-arm was from run 21979 to 21981.

    But someone should check that sieve was not used between 21982 and 22162.

    The default comment will be corrected starting 22163.
