keyword=LeCroy HV CommunicationThe alarm handler was indicating a white alarm for the LeCroy HVs.
However, the IOC appears to be up and running fine and the HV screens
are alive and well. Around the same time, all the EPICS screens
froze up for about 20 seconds and then came back. So I think there
might have been a more global communciation problem.
I decided to restart the alarm handler and now it is showing that
everything is fine.
