Below is a diagram of the VT collimator







From my understanding of the Geant3 geometry definitions, the geometry has a small error in the defining aperture, as seen in the following diagram.


This appears as a much larger problem from the backside of the collimator, as seen below.






The YL collimator is shown below. The green region represents the tungsten face. The white area represents the lead portion. The lead is non-defining in this design.



The following image shows the back side of the collimator. It can be seen that the lead is non-defining. The outlines represent the shapes used to define the apertures.
