Heep results 02/23/06

Some bugs were seen in the analysis code.  The HMS angle at ebeam=4.021 GeV was not written well in the runsheets and could have been 22.105 deg or 22.15 deg.  After comparing with the hallc elog and the runlists, 22.15 deg looked like the correct angle.  However, 22.105 deg was used in my heepcheck kumac and the simc kumac that determines the shifts in the peaks due to radiation.   I may also have added a negative sign to dth_hs when filling in the results tables.  I ran the analyzer again without any offsets (except for dssxptar) to confirm the previously determined offsets.

The format of the offsets "d[variablename]" are the same as those in "heepcheck.f".  For example, for the electron in the sos
         p_e = ssp*(1-dp_ss/1000.0)
         th_e [rad] = mysstheta-dth_ss/1000.0
         p_p = hsp*(1-dp_hs/1000.0)
         th_p [rad]= myhstheta-dth_hs/1000.0
         newE=e_beam*(1+dE/1000.0)
         newssxptar= ssxptar-
dssxptar

The peaks for each setting can be found here.
