Energy loss and radiation corrections 02/10/06 (rev. 02/13/06)

The ntuples produced by replay correct for energy loss in the target and spectrometer.  For example hsp is corrected for the energy loss of the particle from just after the vertex to the hut (ie, contriubutions from the target material and the windows of the HMS).

Therefore the heep checking procedure needs to consider radiative corrections and energy loss of the beam.

Both the energy loss of the beam and radiative corrections need to be included when using "heepcheck.f".

The kumacs that are used to determine the status of the offsets (ie, provide the input for "heepcheck.f"), should include radiative corrections  and the energy loss of the beam.

The kumacs that are used to check the result after applying the offsets determined by "heepcheck.f" need to include both radiative corrections and energy loss of the beam.
