Yields vs. heep offsets 02/06/06

The yields were calculated for hydrogen and carbon production runs for the following cases:
  1. dth_ss = 0.5
  2. dp_ss = 0.5
  3. dth_hs = 0.5
  4. dp_hs = 0.5
  5. dE = 0.5
The change in the yields is shown below. 
diff(%) = 100*(normalized_yield_new - normalized_yield_old) /normalized_yield_old
Where normalized_yield_old is the normalized yield without any shifts. 

The numbers below are for the missing mass cut mmx<1.020.

From these results, it can be seen that dE is the most important offset resulting in a 0.8% shift in the carbon yield, followed by dp_hs with resulted in a 0.6% shift in the carbon yield.  The yield is least sensitive to dth_hs, which resulted in a 0.1% shift in the carbon yield.
