SOS satcorr parameterization 03/14/06
The parameterization of d(ssdelta), which
is a function of ssxp_tar and spcentral, is shown below.
Replay conditions: default matrix, genable_sos_satcorr = 1,
genable_hms_satcorr = 2000, Chungchen's angle corrections
turned on.

This parameterization needs to be applied IN ADDITION TO the existing
sos saturation correction (NB see important correction here)
