The Cerenkov light is reflected onto four PMT Burle-8854 by four spherical
mirrors. Each PMT has a Winston cone (a reflective cone around the tube
face) to increase the effective solid angle of the tube. At nominal
conditions we usually get for relativistic electrons about 10-11
photoelectrons (the sum from all PMT's).
