Discussion of VRVS: Need to get VRVS working more reliably.

Discussion of Policy regarding E-mails being sent automatically
to e-mail. The majority opinion was that members should be
strongly encouraged to post all messages through the web browser
and that an e-mail input stream is not a high priority at this time.
Persons can always receive e-mail from the forums by settings in
the portal.

Cherenkov Simulation: Added HITS info with dumping to Ntuple for
3 reations K+K-, pi+pi-, K*K*-bar. This is being done by Ryan and
Richard. The changes are in CVS.

HDFast DB: Richard pointed out a discussion forum (HDFast bugs and fixes).
Here he points out that the HDFast DB files should be thought of as
non-human readable so comments and multiple files are not really 
desired features.

Paul's Report: Working on updating access to trace info in MCFast.
Much of the main classes/packages have been updated and it is now in
its final stages. At a point where the build scheme is going to become
an issue now that we are getting away from keeping external
packages in CVS. Plan is to put external packages on database.
