Agenda:

1. What to present to collaboration meeting.
   Time allocations, who will present, ...
2. Integration of calorimeters ?
3. Address issues of detector review
   (coherent simulation package)

1. We discussed the software section of the proposed
  agenda for the upcoming collaboration meeting. We 
  agreed that the following changes should be made:
  
  1. David L.'s 30min tracking talk should be split
    into 2 15min talks. The first focussing on the
	 DANA framework with more of a big picture view.
	 It should end with a slide of other software
	 projects which are being worked on, but would
	 otherwise not get mentioned.
	 The second 15min talk would be on tracking.

  2. Richard Jones agreed to give the calorimeter
    talk since he either wrote, or is familiar with
	 the simulation code of each of the 3 calorimeters
	 (UPV, BCAL, FCAL). Info on some of the specific
	 detailed studies which have been done will be
	 covered later in the meeting in the hardware
	 sections.
	 
  3. Ryan Mitchell will give a talk on particle ID.
    Ryan noted that they had to stop working on
	 this after the detector review due to a lack
	 of reconstruction software for GEANT data.

  4. Add a 15min talk on updates to the simulation
    code which have occurred since the detector 
	 review. Richard Jones will give this talk.This
	 will also contain a short version of the 
	 GEANT3/GEANT4 comparison Richard gave at a recent
	 software meeting.

We also discussed a short milestones list. The plan is
to present a list of milestones at the begining of the 
software discussion period at the collaboration meeting.
Some suggestions were made and a new list will be worked
out at the next software meeting.

3. The main points of the detector review report
  concerning software were:
  
   1. We need track reconstruction so we can begin
	  to see the detector response as a whole.

   2. We should consider moving quickly to GEANT4 since
	  GEANT3 is a dying product.
