Angular coverage in GlueX detector

The geometry of the GlueX detector defines a definite angular range for photons coming from the target:

The red and blue dotted lines indicate the mininmum and maximum θ angle subtended by the target for a given position along the BCAL (in the z-direction). These are used to define an envelope in θ angle vs. position inside which all photons will reside in GlueX data.

The following plot shows this envelope along with some points indicating the angle/positions we will be measuring during the beam test. The points are not final and come from my sketchy interpretation of the Preliminary Run Plan.

This plot was made using this ROOT macro.

Status of analysis software for BCAL beam test
