This is not the full version of the package, it just
a make-shift version that can do the job, in most cases. You can not do vertex constraining in 2C
fits or vertex fitting with this one. Just 3 component track fitting. I'll get the full version available
when I can get it to a more user friendly form. The present version is fashioned after other CLAS fitters
that are easier to work with but using my Lagrange Multiplier and covariance correction Algorithm
outlined in the CLAS Note 2010-015. (g12 users beware the Covariance Matrix is presently set up to use WITHOUT the eloss correction)
