This is the first version of the EC photon detection correction. You can uses this function to correct the 4-vector of the EC detected photons. It assumes that you have used PART to obtain original 4-vector components. This function corrects momentum and directional components of the reconstructed 4-vector for inner-outer cluster reconstruction as well as outer only.
