Jefferson Lab User Accounts
Step 1. Form
What could be more fun than filling out forms?
Today you get to fill out a
User Registration form.
Be sure to fill out (and remember) the emergency contact information requested on
the User Registration form - the information will be used
for identification later. Your sponsor will be asked for signatures later.
Identification information,
such as a valid passport/visa (non-US citizens) or driver's license (US citizens),
will be requested by the JR/IS office, VARC, Building 28. You can deliver this information
upon arrival at the Lab, or by fax or email.
Step 2. One more
In order to get a computer account, you need to submit a Computer Account Request Form (fill it out and get required signatures) to the Computer Center, CEBAF Center, 2nd Floor, F Wing.
Step 3. Lattice QCD-ers
For those after Lattice QCD accounts, the sponsor
is "Robert Edwards", local address Theory Group, Jefferson Lab, Newport News, VA, 23606.
