o Mattias Andersson presented a status report on his progress 
  with developing the MySQL database for the E00-102 data.
  He has made excellent progress.  Essentially, everything is 
  working and he is preparing a website of instructions as to 
  how to use it.  He is filling in the database gradually.
  Time evolution of variables is easy to examine, but we need
  to keep a close eye on any typos from the data taking period
  and correct these by hand.
 
o Bodo Reitz presented a status report on the analysis of the 
  beam positon data and the beam energy data for the experiment.
  A report can be found archived on the analysis homepage.  He
  has made very good progress already, although some questions 
  remain to be answered.  In particular, there is a question 
  about the beam spot sizes, which feeds the overall analysis of
  a time-averaged vs. event-by-event analysis.

o Wendy Hinton presented a status report on the detector optimizations.
  Again, good progress has been made, and the scinitillator ADCs
  and VDC T0s look very good.  However there are still problems,
  for example tc_cor is exhibiting some strange behaviour - there
  are discrete steps which seem to correspond to scintillator paddles 
  in the tc_cor vs. spec_h_x_rot spectra. 

o Kevin Fissum gave a short presentation on the evaluation of the
  systematic uncertainties for E89003 that he and Paul Ulmer have
  just completed.  The techniques are transparent to E00-102.  
  Given the fact that we know the beam energy so much better in this
  experiment we should be able to extract more precise cross sections
  than in E89-003.
