• before you participate in shiftwork for E00-102, you must:

• have up-to-date Oxygen Deficiency Hazard,Environmental Health and Safety, and Radiological Worker (including dosimetry) training
• followed the guidelines for the Hall A and Hall A Counting House Safety Walkthrough as appropriate
• read and signed the E00-102 Conduct of Operations (signature copy located in the Hall A Counting House)
• read and signed the Hall A Radiation Work Permit (signature copy located in the Hall A Counting House)
• read and signed the Experiment Safety Assessment Document (signature copy located in the Hall A Counting House)
• read and signed the Radiological Safety Analysis Document (signature copy located in the Hall A Counting House)
