Important Information for On-Site Accommodation   If you haven’t been to JLab since the beginning of 2007, please take a few minutes to read the following information.   If you plan to arrive at the lab after the office closes (weekday after 17:00 or weekend/holidays), this is the only route that will allow you to drive into the resident facility: You will then need to find the office location, which looks like this: After office hours, there won’t be anyone in the office to help you with the keys. You need to find the “After hours check-in station”, which is a large metal box:   You will need your access code from your housing confirmation email to retrieve the key to your room. If you have any problem getting the keys, call Rose Durham or Melissa Hicks with the phone nearby (their numbers are written on the box).
