KAON: make hypernucleus bound with respect to Y-(A-1) final state.  Needs
mass of (A-1) system or hardcoded parameters.

Check compatibility of SIMC and ENGINE for eloss, physics calculations, etc...

Verify and write-up spectrometer offsets and how they are implemented

Make inclusive production more natural (if desired).

Put in phase-space option (if desired).

Finish SIMC to do list.
