There are five basic output files. The ntuple goes in the worksim subdirectory and will be named *.rzdat. The outfiles subdirectory has three files: *.hist, *.gen, *.geni. The final file is the stuff that gets dumped to the screen when you run SIMC. This contains some important information, in particular errors and warningst hat you should at least look at.
