-Generate electron scattering angles and energy, and proton angles.

-Fix missing energy and calculate proton energy.

-Apply Jacobian to weight for the event: $\frac{dE_p}{dE_m}$.

-Calculate Pm, and apply weight to the event equal to the value of the spectral function at the generated Em, Pm.
