- From the MAID webpage , I got the
values of sig_T, sig_L, sig_TT and sig_LT for W=1.232 and Q2 = 4 and 5
and plotted them as the black (q2=
4) and red (q2=5) lines.
- I scaled the cross sections for Q2 = 4 by the dipole form
Gd^2(Q2=5)/Gd^2(Q2=4) , Gd(Q2) = 1/(1+Q2/.71)/1+Q2/.71) . The scaled
Q2=4 cross sections are shown in the plot
as the green line and agrees very well with the actual Q2=5 values.
- Then I scaled the Q2=4 cross sections by
Gd^2(Q2=6.3)/Gd^2(Q2=4). The scaled cross sections are shown in
the plot as the blue line. This
is the "predicted" cross section.
- The black dashed line in the
plot is from the SAID webpage for Q2 = 4.
- Using the Q2 = 6.3 MAID cross sections ( from scaling the Q2
= 4) , a plot of
dsig_cm/domega for different phi_cm are plotted. The dashed black line
is the dsig_cm/domega used in SIMC.
