Goal                       To measure the ratio of proton's electric to magnetic form factor

                                                to 5% for Q2 = 1.0 GeV2 in deuterium at proton recoil momentum of 160 MeV/c.
Beam Energy        1.67  GeV
Carbon Blocks       3"+6"
Beam position        less  than  0.25 for x and y for 3A and 3B
Raster size             2.0x2.0mm in SPOT .
Beam Current        40 microA. or maximum possible. Expect rate of  6 hz at 40 microA.
Target                    15cm LD2

Spectrometer  Momentum  Angle  Collimator 
Electron  1.134 GeV  42.65° open or 6msr
