Instructions for online data analysis
  1. Must be on adaqs3 in account adaq
  2. Should be in directory /net/adaqh2/home/adaq/e93027/twoarm/espace . If not type goespace to get there.
  3. Type espace_fpp
  4. If beam data then at espace prompt type exec espace_kumac/fpp_online
  5. If cosmic data then at espace prompt type exec espace_kumac/fpp_online  cosmic=on
  6. Will ask which header file number to use. For cosmic data this isn't important just hit return. For beam data the header file number corresponds to 1 for Q2= 2.168, 2 for Q2= 2.5,  3 for Q2= 3.0 ,  4 for Q2= 0.5, 5 for for Q2= 1.0, 6 for Q2= 1.5  . If this is the first run for the kinematics will probably have to modify the header files (called hdr_fpp_1, hdr_fpp_2 etc) to give exact magnet and angle settings.
  7. Will ask the run number and which disk the data is on (get this from datamon window or using the command find_run ####.
  8. Replay at least 10,000 events , but the more the merrier.
  9. The hbook files is placed in the hbook subdirectory.
  10. Start paw++ in the directory where espace_fpp ran.
  11. From the prompt in the PAW Excutive Window  type exec paw_kumac/fpp_all.kumac (not good for cosmic runs)  to run through a series of kumac to look at spectrometer quantities and then type exec paw_kumac/fpp_det.kumac (useful for cosmic run) to look at detector quantities.
