Offline Paw Kumacs

open_hbook.kumac
Ask for the run number and the extension in the hbook filename. Assumes the file is in the hbook subdirectory and the extension is the part of the name between fpp and the run number . Opens the file fpp_ext_####.hbook and executes the paw kumac fpp_ext_####.hbook.kumac which sets the aliases needed by other kumacs.
print_ps.kumac
Called by the other kumacs listed below. Prints the present plot to the printer or a file.
calc_tzero.kumac
Use with any of the espace kumacs: fpp_ltdc_front.kumac, fpp_ltdc_ch3.kumac or fpp_ltdc_ch4.kumac. For each wiregroup shows the present time zero offsets and calculates a new time zero. Writes the new time zero offsets to the files fpp_toffset_crude.calib.new and fpp_toffset_ref.calib.new.
calc_global_tzero.kumac
Use with espace kumac fpp_offline.kumac with option ltdc_cor=on . Good for making small changes ( less than 20ns) if the global timing of the time offsets has changed. Mainly useful for shifting time offsets between cosmic and beam data. Writes the new time zero offsets to the files fpp_toffset_crude.calib.new and fpp_toffset_ref.calib.new.
show_demux.kumac
Use with any of the espace kumacs: fpp_demux_front.kumac, fpp_demux_ch3.kumac or fpp_demux_ch4.kumac. Plots the demux spectra and the gates used to identify wires. One can change the demux gates. Writes the new demux gates to fpp_demux_cuts.dat.new
calc_drift_dist.kumac
Use with espace kumac fpp_offline.kumac with option ltdc_cor=on . Plots the drift distance versus dirft time from the drift time spectra. Then fits the plots with a 5th order polynomial. Write the new polynomials to the file fpp_drift_dist_fits.dat.new.
