The banjo is indicated with its windows and the nominal target position (4). Also shown are the heat shield (8), the large forward exit window (9) with the central thin foil for the beam exit (1) and the downstream beamline (3) within the lead shield (1).

Picture of the target inside CLAS. Also visible is the last Beam Position/Intensity Monitor (all the way to the left), the insertion cart with pump, and the downstream beam line with the correction steerers.
