In any case (whether you prepare a talk or just contribute to the discussion), try to answer the following questions:

What is/are the critical path item(s) to complete your project in time for August 1 (target, beamline) or August 20 (rest)? Do you need additional help? Can you specify chunks of "self-contained" work that you can farm out to interested parties?
What documentation will you need to prepare to help shift takers run your apparatus/program? Start thinking about COOs (conduct of operation manual) and possible safety issues.
Everybody: Bring a list of people from your institution who plan to make major contributions to EG1 (beyond shift taking and "helping"). We need people who:

Become or are target "experts" - these people will have to be able to do routine target maintenance, NMR measurements and initial trouble shooting.
Become or are Møller experts: need to be able to complete a measurement of the beam polarization and interpret the result (so far nobody qualifies ;-] ).
Become or are Offline (RECSIS) experts: need to be able to look at runs right after they are taken to hunt for trouble and assess data quality and quantity.
Analyse the Physics data -> bring a list of likely Thesis students and their main interest.
