January 2002 Kinematics of final part of E98-108

To better accept the Sigma-hyperon within our acceptance, the electron momentum is decreased by 2%.

In December 2000 John LeRose investigated the maximum momentum of the HRSR. The maximum current in the Right Dipole of 1135.19 Amps corresponds to 3.1447 GeV/c.
