Optics Calibration: TgY Calibration

Progress:

1.) SVD method from ROOT is not good. It crashes, when matrix is to large
2.) Considered SVD method from Numerical Recipes in C. Now it works.
3.) So far made analysis with 300k data points (matrix size 300k x 40 )
4.) Analyzed 32 carbon-optics runs and compared the results
5.) First I considered consistent expansion to 4th order
6.) From the comparison of data 19 good matrix elements were extracted.
7.) Get slightly better results than before.

dE/E Calibration

Progress:

1.) Different paddles see different sections of the bananna shape.
2.) Used different calibration techniques to align all the plots.
3.) Almost finished with the ADC calibration of the dE/E planes
4.) Need to apply some final corrections. 
!!!! Paddle #23(Last Paddle) has to little events to be properly calibrated. Decided to leave this paddle out of the game!!!
