BigBite Calibration

What have I been doing this week?

1.) Start writting BigBite Optics NIM paper.
1a.) Making different plots. Some were shown last week.

2.) Redoing the BigBite optics calibration one more time:
2a.) All cuts already in first root files
2b.) New cuts for the selection of events - more good tracks
2c.) Difference between cuts ((DL.evtypebits&32)==32) and (Ndata.DL.t5>0). Now using the second one.
2d.) To double check my optics algorithms
