	The files in this directory is for deadtime correction studies. 
	It includes:

	program: deadtime_cor.f ranmar.f
	makefiel: make.deadtime_cor
	-- examples -- 
	input file: dt_cor.input.dat
	output file: deadtime_cor.out    : corresponds to scaler and TS readout 
	             deadtime_cor.hbook  : corresponds to Latch tdc output

	The makefile has been written for unix only. You may need to make 
	corresponding changes for using with any other machines. The program 
	itself is self-explainable. When running interactively, just answer 
	all the questions. If you have an input file (eg. dt_cor.input.dat), 
	you can type:

	            deadtime_cor < input_file
	            
	Some parameters are associated with the coda version we are using.
	The standard numbers:
	
	DAQ deadtime:   coda 1.4 :  1.0 ms
			coda 2.0 :  650 us    before January 98
			coda 2.0 :  300 us    after January 98
