Target polarization dependence of the foil tension

Supermendur target polarization dependence of the foil tension was
founded. Four Supermendur foils with
thickness of about 10,30,40 and 40 microns were measured on the Hall
A Moller polarimeter magnetic stand.
A prototype of a new frame for the Hall A Moller polarimeter was used
for the measurements.
