  • HMS current&field settings: 

  • run  ~cdaq/FIELD/field99 to obtain HMS settings

    Set HMS Quads 200 A above required setting and then go down to nominal setting

  • Degauss SOS for protons and then go up to nominal setting
  ~ 30 uA should be possible.  
  Adjust prescale factors to get high statistics singles for HMS and SOS with reasonable deadtime.  
Get ~100K   
Take also 
  • with sieve slit in HMS.
  • with dummy
